At Unforgettable Food Affairs, our slogan has always reflected our commitment to elegant food and attentive service—and that hasn't changed. Now, we’ve brought that experience to our online shop, making it easier than ever to enjoy your favorite UFA menu items with just a click.
Our online store allows us to expand our creativity, offering more of our beloved dishes for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with family and friends. We're excited to offer online ordering for pick-up at our Garner, NC location off Highway 40-42 in Peddler’s Village Shopping Strip.

View individual items on our online menu by scrolling and clicking on each item, or by viewing our categories at the top of our menu page.
To select an item to purchase, click on the item and press ‘add to cart’ - your items will be ready waiting for you in your cart.
Choose Your Pick Up Date + Time
Once you’ve finished shopping, click on the cart icon to head to check out. After reviewing your items, you will be instructed to input your information, including your pick up date + time.
Once you have completed your check out, make sure to mark your calendar with your specified date and time for pick up. We’ll be ready for you!

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order?
Please go to the SHOP page listed on our home page, or in mobile view, will be on the menu tab. (Note: in mobile view, the menu is two lines in the top left corner).
After going to our online shop, please select the food items you would like to purchase. Each food item may have a different serving size, that will be listed in the description.
Once you have browsed and added items to your cart, locate the shopping cart icon to be redirected to your cart to make your purchase.
In the check out, you will see where you must put in a shipping address. Please enter either your address, or if you would not like to enter yours, please enter: 5533 Veterans Parkway Garner NC 27529.
We have very outlined pickup times. Please choose a pick up time that is 24 hours or more from the time you are placing your order. You will not be able to pick up your food outside of the designated window times allowed, Tuesday-Friday from 11:30AM-6PM, and Saturday from 8:30AM-12:30PM. You must be here to pick up your order at the selected time slot you have chosen during checkout.

Can I order more than the first order that I submitted?
Yes, please let us know in your second order that it is associated with your first order, so that we can pair them together during pick up. Please be aware that our kitchen staff needs 24 hours for all new orders before they can be picked up, so your pick up time will change for both orders for the latter time. Can I submit a catering request by ordering food from the online store?
No, please email the owner of Unforgettable Food Affairs, April Myers at food@raleighcatering.com for all of your catering requests outside of the offerings on the online store, or visit our catering website: www.raleighcatering.com to submit an online form.
How early do I have to place my order?
You must place your order 24 hours before you would like to pick it up. Our pick up hours are between 11:30AM-6PM, Tuesday through Friday, and Saturday 8:30AM-12PM. Please be conscious of these times when going to place your order.
You MUST choose a pick up time when checking out and MUST pick up during your allotted time frame, so please plan accordingly.
What is the minimum for online orders?
For online orders, there is no minimum! You can pick up as much as you would like to order, based on our quantities of the day. With this said, please be aware that our kitchen staff needs a 24 hour notice for new orders. So, for example, if you place an order on Sunday night at 9PM, Your order can be ready when we open on Tuesday at 11:30AM! If you place an order at 3PM on Thursday, your order will be ready by 3PM on Friday. Let us know if you have any questions!
Why is the online shop pick up only?
In 2020, Unforgettable opened our online shop due to the drastic changes that happened in the world during that time and in the food service industry. At the time, we created an online shop with our most favorited Unforgettable items so we could provide for our customers in a time of no contact. As time has passed, we are back in the full swing of full service catering, but couldn’t part ways with our beloved online shop we curated during covid. This allows our customers to bring a DIY (do-it-yourself) approach to their events without the hassle of cooking. We currently provide pick up for our online menu items listed on www.shopraleighcatering.com. Do you provide Napkins, Cutlery, Plates, or Cups with an Online Order?
No we do not. Think of doing a catering, DIY style! We have designed the Unforgettable Food Affairs shop to be a family style that is sharable with your friends and family, where YOU can be creative and think outside the box with your presentation.
