How do I place an order?
Please go to the SHOP page listed above, or in mobile view, will be on the menu tab. (Note: in mobile view, the menu is two lines in the top left corner). After going to our online shop, please select the food items you would like to purchase. Each food item may have a different serving size, that will be listed in the description, and will be bold and underlined. Once you have browsed and added items to your cart, locate the shopping cart icon to be redirected to your cart to make your purchase. You have one option for pickup at our Garner, NC Storefront. After selecting our store, please choose a pick up time that is 24 hours or more from the time you are placing your order. Please be present during your pickup time at our Garner location: 5533 NC HWY 42 W Suite B26, Garner NC 27529. Please email us at order@shopraleighcatering.com for any questions or concerns. How early do I have to place my order?
You must place your order 24 hours before you would like to pick it up. Our pick up hours are between 11AM-6PM, Tuesday through Friday, and Saturday 8:30AM-12:30PM. Please be conscious of these times when going to place your order. You MUST choose a pick up time when checking out, so please plan accordingly.
How late can I book out picking up an order?
You can book an order for pick up out two months in advance! We allow you to go ahead and purchase your order online now, and you can schedule pick up for anytime between todays date and and two months from todays date. Scheduling a girls get together or large family supper next month? Go ahead and place your order ahead of time, schedule your pick-up for the day of (or first day of delivery we have closest to your party) and just warm and serve! We have the perfect menu to host a large crowd and keep everyone feeling pleased.
What is the mimimim for orders?
For online orders, there is no minimum! You can pick up as much as you would like to order, based on our quantities of the day. With this said, please be aware that our kitchen staff needs a 24 hour notice for new orders. So, for example, if you place an order on Sunday night at 9PM, Your order can be ready for pickupwhen we open on Tuesday at 11AM! If you place an order at 3PM on Thursday, your order will be ready by 3PM on Friday. Let us know if you have any questions!
Why are you pickup only for online orders?
We are currently providing online menu items for purchase to provide for more avenues of our business to grow, in conjunction with still continuing our full service catering (raleighcatering.com). As we are learn, we grow, and we will be adjusting our online store, and we are looking forward to hearing all of our customers feedback! At this current time, we are only offering the online orders to be picked up from our Garner location to evaluate the business received online, and we plan to adjust in the future to our clients needs. We thank you all for your support and understanding as we navigate through this new journey together!
*important update: How do I pick up my order? Do I need to check in upon arrival?
After you place your order and choose your delivery date and time, please schedule accordingly to pick up at our storefront, 5533 NC HWY 42 W in Garner, NC. When you arrive, please CHECK IN at suite B26. Please walk into our suite and we will have one of our staff members assist you and hand you your order. If you need help carrying your order to your car, we would be glad to help!
Do you provide Napkins, Cutlery, Plates, or Cups with an Online Order?
No we do not. Think of doing a catering, DIY style! We have designed the Unforgettable Food Affairs shop to be a family style that is sharable with your friends and family, where YOU can be creative and think outside the box with your presentation.
Can I order more than the first order that I submitted?
Yes, please let us know in your second order that it is associated with your first order, so that we can pair them together during pick up. Please be aware that our kitchen staff needs 24 hours for all new orders before they can be picked up, so your pick up time will change for both orders for the latter time. Can I submit a catering request by ordering food from the online store?
No, please email the owner of Unforgettable Food Affairs, April Myers at food@raleighcatering.com for all of your catering requests outside of the offerings on the online store.
